BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Detectives are looking for a woman that scammed people using an online job ad.

According to reports, the woman rented out a meeting room at a hotel under the name Angela Johnson-Daniels.  She told staff that she would be using the room to interview and test employment applicants.  The credit card she used was not valid and was later declined.

Five victims reportedly responded to the online ad.  When they met the woman at the hotel, they provided her with personal information, as well as a fee for an employment contract, application and background check.

The woman left with the information and money.  The contact numbers she provided were disconnected.
