BRPD hosts "Night Out Against Crime"

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Baton Rouge neighborhoods are getting organized and fighting back against crime.

The Baton Rouge Police Department is hosting its "Night Out Against Crime" Thursday.

It will be held at the Milton J. Womack BREC Park on Florida Boulevard from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The event is fun for adults and kids alike.

There will be gifts, free food and you can check out k-9 cop demonstrations.
