Cajun Seafood Au Gratin by Mason's Grill

INGREDIENTS

1 Qt of Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tblsp of Black Pepper
1 Tblsp of Basil
1 Tblsp of Thyme
1/4 Tspn of Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Tspn of Salt
1/4 Tspn of White Pepper
1/2 cup of Monterrey Jack Cheese
3 lbs. Shrimp
3 lbs. Crawfish
1 oz. Crabmeat

PROCEDURE

  • Mix all ingredients, except the seafood.
  • Sautee at medium high heat for two minutes.
  • Add shrimp, sautee' until shrimp are fully cooked.
  • Add crawfish and pour into serving dish.
  • Top with crabmeat.
