Drew Brees passed for 413 yards and four touchdowns and the defense forced four Miami turnovers as the Saints moved to 4-0 with a 38-17 win over the Dolphins (3-1) on Monday Night Football from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
Jimmy Graham caught two of Brees's touchdown passes, as the Saints quarterback tied his own NFL mark with his ninth straight 300-yard passing game. This was Graham's third straight game to have at least 100 yards receiving.
The other two touchdowns were scored by Benjamin Watson and Darren Sproles. Sproles's touchdown happened in the first series of the game, which allowed New Orleans to take the lead for the entire game.
This is the Saints first 4-0 start since 2009 when they won the Super Bowl.
Dolphins' Ryan Tannehill was intercepted three times and also lost a fumble.
New Orleans next faces two tough road games. They travel to Chicago (3-1) and New England (4-0) the next two Sundays.
