1 pound 50-50 Shrimp peeled
12 corn dusted slider rolls
8oz shredded cole slaw and sauce
10oz jar of pepper jelly (Tabasco)
Season shrimp. Batter shrimp in a flour, egg wash and bread crumbs. Deep fry shrimp. Open rolls and place a tablespoon of cole slaw on each. Put about 4 shrimp on each bed of cole slaw and drizzle with pepper jelly. Close sandwich and enjoy.
