WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -

A man was indicted on multiple charges after he allegedly crashed a vehicle into a ditch that wasn't his, and then broke into a home and used a bobcat that also wasn't his.

Carl L. Justice, 43, of South Lebanon was arrested back in August after prosecutors say he was driving a vehicle without the owner's permission and crashed it into a ditch on Oregonia Road in Warren County.

According to court documents, he allegedly broke into a residence following the crash and used a bobcat, a piece of equipment commonly used at construction and landscaping sites.

When police arrived at the scene, Justice reportedly ran and attempted to break into another home before he was arrested.

In addition, Justice was also found to be driving under the influence in South Lebanon back in July. Police said he had marijuana in his possession at the time.

Court records indicate Justice has several prior OVI convictions, including felonies.

He's been charged with two counts of burglary, one count of attempted burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, in addition to multiple counts of operation under the influence.

He is currently being held at the Warren County Jail.
