Recall petition organizer: There's a conspiracy against Deedy Slaughter

An infant is alive and well thanks to a Good Samaritan.  A woman called police after watching a woman put her child inside an ice chest with a gas can.  WAFB's Jim Shannon will have more tonight on 9News at 5.

Another recall petition has been filed in Port Allen, this one targeting Councilman R.J. Loupe.  Caster Brown, one of the organizers of the new petition, says yesterday's filing of the petition against Mayor Deedy Slaughter led them to start their own.  Brown claims there's a conspiracy against Mayor Slaughter.  WAFB's Kiran Chawla will have more tonight on 9News at 6.
