Creole Salmon with Pepper Jelly Glaze


2 lb Salmon, whole and cut into steaks

Creole Seasoning

Olive Oil

1/2 jar Louisiana Sister's Pepper Jelly


Season salmon with Creole Seasoning. Heat oil in black iron skillet on high. Sear salmon steaks on both sides and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Place pepper jelly in skillet. Heat until bubbly. Place salmon in hot jelly. Turn. Cook about 1 minute and remove. Pour remaining glacé on top. Delicious!!
