What is your motivation to be healthy?: My motivation is to get back healthy prior to me reaching the age of 40. I recently went through some major life transitions. I didn't realize that I was grieving and depressed. I was in this routine of going to work and home and church on Sundays. I stopped being active and did the cycle of losing weight and then gaining it back and then some. I would like to do the program because I think it will provide me with components need to maintain a healthy lifestyle while losing weight. I also think it will be the catalyst for my family and friends who are not healthy to see me losing weight and want to join in.
