EBR officials work on emergency preparedness after plant incident

Tonight on 9News at 5:  East Baton Rouge officials met Tuesday morning to get on the same page after there was confusion over a shelter-in-place recommendation as the result of Monday's incident at a Port Allen chemical plant.  WAFB's Greg Meriwether will have more tonight at 5.

A couple says they were followed home through the Southdowns area.  They passed their house and wove through their neighborhood with the car still trailing them.  When they went to a gas station where some officers were parked, the car stopped following them.  Police say this isn't the first time they've received a report like this.  WAFB's Jim Shannon will have more tonight on 9News at 6.
