BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead late Saturday night.
The Baton Rouge Police Department reported the shooting happened at the victim's home on Alliquipa Street around 10:30 p.m.
Detectives said Shaquille Davis, 23, was found shot to death in his front yard. A 21-year-old man was also wounded in the shooting, but his injuries are not considered life-threatening.
The shooter is believed to be a black man with a low hair cut. He was last seen wearing a beige shirt with black shorts.
