A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Cleveland PD for the following regions: Central & East Lakeshore, which includes the following counties: Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, and Medina.

Be on the lookout for a missing adult. On June 26, 2013 at 3:00 PM, Phillip McMillon walked away from a veterans Hospital.

The incident took place in Cuyahoga County, OH He was last seen on foot in the city of Cleveland.

The adult's name is Phillip McMillon and the individual is missing. The adult is a Black male, age 72, is 6' 00" tall, weighs 165 lbs., has black hair, and has brown eyes. Phillip suffers from Dementia and was last seen wearing a white tee shirt, blue jeans, blue suspenders, and white tennis shoes. He wears glasses and has a full beard.
