INGREDIENTS
bacon
shrimp (peeled, beheaded and deveined)
oysters
Tony's
crab boil
frying oil
PROCEDURE:
- Bring pot of water to a boil. Lightly season w/ tbsp of crab boil and Tony's.
- Boil shrimp and oysters for 2-3 minutes. Seafood will still be a little raw.
- Cool completely in refrigerator. Roll up 2 shrimp to 1 oyster in one piece of bacon. Stick together with a toothpick.
- Bring frying oil to 350 degrees and drop brochettes in. Fry 4-6 minutes until bacon looks golden brown. Remove toothpick before serving.
