Police searching for vacant apartment burglar

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Baton Rouge Police Detectives need the public's help in identifying a man who is accused of burglarizing several vacant apartments in the 6500 block of Van Gogh Avenue.

Police say the man was seen loading appliances into the bed of his pickup truck on May 6, 2013. Several refrigerators were loaded onto a gray Chevrolet crew cab truck.

When the images were taken, several vacant apartments had been burglarized, according to police.

Anyone with information on the identity of this individual is urged to contact the Burglary Division at 225-389-3824 or Crime Stoppers at 225-344-STOP.
