Group sues over living conditions of death row inmates

Tonight on 9News at 5:  The White House is now behind a FDA change to rules regarding access to the morning after pill.  Now girls as young as 15 will be able to buy the pill without a prescription, but some Baton Rouge residents don't think it is a good idea.  WAFB's Kelsey Davis will have more tonight at 5.

A New Orleans-based group has filed a lawsuit against the state, claiming that death row inmates at Angola are forced to live in cells that are too hot during the summer.  WAFB's Cheryl Mercedes will have more tonight on 9News at 6.
