An Amelia business owner is indicted on charged he used stolen property.
On April 25, the Clermont County Sheriff's Office recovered a Bobcat excavator at Reynolds Lawn Service. That $40,000 piece of equipment had been reported stolen from a cemetery in the spring of 2011.
While at the business, officers say they found $95,000 worth of items that had been reported stolen in Union Township, Pierce Township, Amelia and Anderson Township in Hamilton County.
On Tuesday, a Clermont County Grand Jury indicted Teddy M. Reynolds, 51, on nine counts of receiving stolen property, six counts of tampering with identification numbers to conceal Identification, seven counts of tampering with evidence and one count of insurance fraud.
