Suspect in fatal bar fight turns himself in

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Baton Rouge Police say the suspect accused throwing a punch during a bar fight that led to the death of another man turned himself into police Tuesday.

According to reports, Andres Gonzalez, 27, and Raphael Domino Jr., 39, were fighting at Club End Zone on Plank Rd. just after midnight on May 5th.

After being punched, Domino fell to the ground and hit his head.  He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries a week later.

Gonzalez was placed in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and charged with second degree murder.
