Tuna Steak

Salt & Pepper

Fried Snap Beans

Cherry Tomatoes

Garlic

Method:

Roast whole loves of garlic. Salt and Pepper both sides of the tuna steak. Sear tuna in hot skillet. Bread Snap Beans in flour and deep fry. Saute cherry tomatoes and garlic together. Plate and Sauce.
