Jindal promises to fight for voucher program

Tonight on 9News at 5:  The Louisiana Supreme Court ruled that the use of taxpayer money to fund the controversial school voucher program is unconstitutional.  Gov. Bobby Jindal and supporters of the program vowed today that work will continue.  WAFB's Nick Foley will have a live report from the Capitol at 5.

Later on 9News at 6:  State law requires that nursing homes have emergency plans for hurricanes.  The Department of Health and Hospitals says that if a home's plans fall through, the state will bill the nursing home for expenses incurred to save residents.  WAFB's Jim Shannon will have more tonight at 6.
