Police car overturns on I-10 West

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

An officer overturned a police car Friday night on the curve leading to the I-10 Mississippi River Bridge.

Baton Rouge Police say the officer was in pursuit and took the curve too fast, causing the crash.

I-10 West was closed for about an hour while crews cleared the wreck.

There's no word on whether anyone was injured in the crash or who the officer was pursuing.
