Seabass With Potato Cake and Fried Onion Rings - Little Village

Ingredients

8oz seabass

Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tsp paprika

2 Boiled red potatoes

1 Tsp butter

1/8 Cup cream

Salt and pepper to taste

1/8 Bread crumbs

1/2 Red onion sliced thin

1 Cup flour

1/2 Cup cream

Method:

Season seabass with salt,pepper,and paprika then broil on 350 for 7-10 minutes 2. Smash potatoes and form into a pancake then dip them in bread crumbs and sauté on both sides for 3 minute.

Batter onion rings and deep fry for 1 minutes until golden brown 4. To assemble place the potatoes cake down on the plate and to with the seabass and then the onion rings. Top everything with a little lemon butter.
