NEW ORLEANS, LA (WWL-TV) - Crews are pulling submerged vehicles from Bayou St. John as they continue the search for a missing teacher.
According to WWL-TV, teams are working with a private salvage company in an attempt to find missing Jefferson Parish school teacher Terrilynn Monette.
Officials believe there are at least 20 vehicles underwater.
Monette was last seen March 2. She was spotted on a traffic camera after leaving a Lakeview bar.
Investigators believe she may have been heading to her apartment in Gentilly.
