TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

One of the men accused in the murder of Toledo gym owner, Joe Lengel, faced a judge Friday morning.

Devonte Harris explained in court that he and Deitrekk Boone killed Lengel after robbing him, but Lengel was not the intended target.

Harris will be sentenced to life in prison with the chance of parole after 25 years.

Two other men have already taken plea deals in the case.

Deitrekk Boone remains on the run. All four suspects have told a judge Boone was the gunman.
