Seafood Fettuccini - Court Street Cafe

Ingredients:

1TBSP Butter

¼ lb of Shrimp and/or Crawfish Tails

2oz Chopped Green onions and Tomatoes

½ lb Cooked Fettuccini Noodles (or whatever your pasta preference)

¼ Cup Heavy Cream

2 tsp of Seasoning Mix

1 TBSP Minced Garlic

Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Seasoning Mix

Salt

Smoked Paprika

Black Pepper

White Pepper

Method:

Sauté tomatoes, onions, and minced garlic in butter until soft.

Add Shrimp and/or Crawfish and Seasoning mix and cook until pink.

Add heavy cream. Continue cooking for a few more minutes.

Plate and garnish with more green onions and shaved parmesan cheese
