TEXARKANA, AR (KSLA) -

The fourth man wanted in connection with the murder of a Texarkana man found shot to death in his car is now in custody.

Texarkana Police say 21-year-old Aundrey Battle turned himself in to the Bi-State Justice Center Wednesday night.

Battle is the last of four suspects wanted by Texarkana Police following the deadly shooting late on the night of Thursday, April 18. Police found Andrew Cheatham, 23, dead from a gunshot wound inside a blue Mercury Grand Marquis, gun in hand on that night in the 800 block of Pinehurst Street.

Police say Cheatham was involved in some type of altercation when gunfire erupted.

Serandon Starling, 24, turned himself in to authorities on Monday night, and 22-year-old Frank Starling did the same on Tuesday.

21-year-old Justin Benton turned himself in to the Bi-State Justice Center on Friday. Benton is being held on $1 million bond.

All four are charged with 1st degree murder and attempted murder.

Serandon Starling was charged last year with one count of aggravated robbery, residential robbery, kidnapping and theft of property. He was out on $100,000 bond in Miller County at the time of Cheatham's shooting. Police say Starling had a leg monitor but it was removed after he was arrested by another jurisdiction.
