Man accused of bringing marijuana into courthouse

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A College Hill man has been arrested after police say he brought a back pack full of marijuana into the Hamilton County courthouse.

The discovery was made while Samuel Howard's belongings were being searched by court security.

Police say they found 68.5 grams of marijuana, a digital scale and four baggies in his back pack.

He's charged with drug trafficking and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia.
