Police: Man set fire because he was angry with property owner

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A South Fairmount man has been arrested on arson charges.

Police say Donald Ervin, 33, admitted to setting a vacant garage on fire in the 1700 block of Montrose Street on April 7.

Court documents show Ervin admitted to setting the fire because he was angry with the property owner.

Ervin was arraigned Tuesday morning, and had his bond set at $7,500.
