2 arrested after drug bust at teen night club

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

Two people were arrested following a drug bust at a teen night club and business in Hamilton.

Authorities say during an ongoing undercover investigation, agents made drug buys at Club Pluto, located at 515 S. 2nd Street. On Friday, authorities conducted a search warrant on Friday at the night club, as well as a residence on Fairview Avenue in Hamilton.

Club Pluto co-manager, Robert Conrad, 24, was arrested after agents reportedly found approximately 28 grams of heroin and several hundred dollars in cash.

At the residence, Anthony Crowder, 23, was arrested. Authorities reportedly seized over $3,000, a handgun with several rounds of ammunition, numerous bags of white powder currently being tested, other items commonly used to package heroin for sale and a Mercedes SUV.

A search was also conducted at a business owned by Crowder, located on Minor Avenue. Officials say a 12 gauge shotgun and ammunition was seized at the business, as well as items containing heroin residue, allegedly used to package and heroin for sale and shipment.

Conrad was charged drug possession. Crowder was charged with two counts of having weapons under disability.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
