BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - It is the last day to get those federal tax returns in the mail.
The returns must be postmarked no later than midnight.
You can get an automatic six-month extension if you go to the IRS website and ask for a free file extension.
The extention gives taxpayers until October 15 to file a return.
