Attorney General: Man should serve sentence for 1994 crime

A judge has ordered several Baton Rouge city employees to appear in court and explain why they may have violated a court order when details were released involving former Police Chief Dewayne White's phone records.  WAFB's Greg Meriwether will have more tonight on 9News at 5.

The State Attorney General's Office has recommended that a judge order a man to serve his sentence for a crash that killed an infant nearly 20 years ago.  WAFB's Cheryl Mercedes spoke with the victim's mother and will have more tonight on 9News at 6.
