Louisiana International Film Festival

The Louisiana International Film Festival & Mentorship Program (LIFF) is hosting its inaugural festival April 18th - April 21st in a variety of treasured venues in Baton Rouge and New Orleans.

The festival is being held to promote Louisiana's growing film industry, thanks to Louisiana's tax incentives in the film industry. It is the hopes of the LIFF team that Louisiana hosting a recognized festival will attract a bigger talent pool of actors, directors, and producers of film to our great state. This festival will provide the opportunity for young professionals in film to gain recognition and network with other professionals in the film industry.

The Louisiana International Film Festival is proud to feature an exciting selection of World Premieres, Louisiana Premieres, and American Independent films. Events begin Thursday, April 18th with an opening night screening and party at the Joy Theater in New Orleans and continue through Sunday, April 21 at venues including the Celtic Media Centre, Cinemark Perkins Rowe, and the Manship Theatre in Baton Rouge.
