DONALDSONVILLE, LA (WAFB) - The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office is looking for a Donaldsonville man who has been missing since February 15, 2013.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Cedotal was last seen at a store in Assumption Parish on February 14 where a family member had a brief conversation with him. On February 15 another family member spoke to him by phone. This was the last time his family heard from him.

Cedotal is a mechanic by trade and was working on a vehicle for a customer who lived in Assumption Parish. When Cedotal failed to return the car to the owner, a search for the vehicle was initiated. The vehicle was found abandoned and broken down behind the levee in Darrow, LA.

The vehicle was towed back to the owner.

Cedotal's family says he has gone missing in the past for two to three weeks at a time but never this long. The family reported Cedotal missing on April 4 after the customer's vehicle was found behind the levee.

Cedotal has a large scar on the right side of his face as well as several tattoos including a spade on his chest with "Donna" written in it, a dagger on one of his arms, and a picture of the state of Louisiana on his shoulder with "Ain't No Sunshine."
