Reds place Marshall on DL, call up Ondrusek

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

The Reds have placed pitcher Sean Marshall on the 15-day disabled list with tendinitis in his left shoulder.

The team recalled Logan  Ondrusek from Class AA Pensacola.

Marshall has been bothered since spring training by a sore left shoulder.

Ondrusek posted a 7.59 ERA in 10 spring training appearances and was optioned to Pensacola the day before Opening Day. He made three appearances in Pensacola, pitching 2.1 innings and giving up one hit.
