Man sentenced for child pornography

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

A Baton Rouge man will spend eight years in prison for child pornography.

Brad J. Case, 30, was sentenced to 96 months in prison and 20 years of supervised release after pleading guilty to one count of distribution of child pornography.

According to reports, Case distributed 25 images of child pornography to an undercover FBI agent via a file sharing program.

The FBI traced the files to an apartment rented by Case.  A search warrant at the apartment yielded a computer owned by Case with child pornography on it.
