HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – The Grand Strand Humane Society is working with residents of Windsor Green to help find pets that went missing in the chaos of the massive fire that devastated the community Saturday.
Many pictures of lost and found pets have been posted to the Humane Society's Facebook page – those photos and more information can be found there:

"If you live the in the area from Carolina Forest Blvd, Hwy 501, Garner Lacy Rd please be on the lookout for pets that may have escaped the fire and are fleeing the fire. They will be scared and may be injured. Please do what you can to help them if you see them. VCA Palmetto Animal Hosp on 501 is open 24 hrs should you find an animal that needs immediate medical attention. Please pray for those who have lost their homes and for the animals that were in the apartments."
