INGREDIENTS
1 half chicken breast
1 2-3 oz. filet of catfish
3 pieces andiouille
3 gulf shrimp (deveined)
2T blaackening seasoning
2T butter
PROCEDURE
- Season fish, chicken and shrimp.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan.
- Place chicken blackened side down in a pan and cook 2-3 minutes. Flip and put fish in blackened side down.
- Cook 1-2 minutes and flip.
- Put shrimp and andiouille in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Take everything out of the pan. Place on salad.
