Zydeco Salad

INGREDIENTS

1  half chicken breast
1  2-3 oz. filet of catfish
3  pieces andiouille
3  gulf shrimp (deveined)
2T  blaackening seasoning
2T  butter

PROCEDURE

  • Season fish, chicken and shrimp.
  • Melt butter in a large saucepan.
  • Place chicken blackened side down in a pan and cook 2-3 minutes. Flip and put fish in blackened side down.
  • Cook 1-2 minutes and flip.
  • Put shrimp and andiouille in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  •  Take everything out of the pan. Place on salad.
