What?: The Baton Rouge Blues Festival is a live music festival that promotes the preservation and advancement of the "Swamp Blues" music native to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Baton Rouge Blues Festival is produced by the Baton Rouge Blues Foundation in conjunction with Manship Theatre and WAFB.
Who?: This spectacular lineup of Blues legends and newcomers include: Bobby Rush, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Henry Gray & the Cats, Lavelle White, CC Adcock & The Lafayette Marquis, Bryan Lee, Rudy Richard, Blind Boy Paxton, Baby Bee and Mr. Hinson & the Blisters.
When?: Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Where?: Located in downtown Baton Rouge, the Baton Rouge Blues Festival will be held in the Galvez Plaza and Town Square.

Extras?: In addition to live music, Backstage at the Blues Fest will include interviews and informal performances in the Old State Capital Senate Chambers, providing attendees a backstage pass to discover more about participating performers.
