What?: The Baton Rouge Blues Festival is a live music festival that promotes the preservation and advancement of the "Swamp Blues" music native to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Baton Rouge Blues Festival is produced by the Baton Rouge Blues Foundation in conjunction with Manship Theatre and WAFB.

Extras?: In addition to live music, Backstage at the Blues Fest will include interviews and informal performances in the Old State Capital Senate Chambers, providing attendees a backstage pass to discover more about participating performers.
