Judge rules teacher tenure changes unconstitutional

A Baton Rouge judge has thrown out Gov. Bobby Jindal's revamp of teacher tenure laws as unconstitutional because it was contained in legislation with too many other items.  WAFB's Kiran Chawla will have more tonight on 9News at 5.

People in the Highland Creek subdivision have been feuding with their neighbor for six years over the state of his home.  Today a judge stepped in and ordered the Department of Public Works to go in and clean up the blighted house.  WAFB's Jim Shannon will have more on 9News at 6.
