LHSAA Basketball Championships Schedule Announced

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

The schedule is set for seven Baton Rouge area high school teams that will play for state championships at Fant-Ewing Arena on the ULM campus this week as part of the LHSAA tournament.

In Class B Boys, Madison Prep and LSU recruit Jarell Martin start things off Wednesday night at 8:00 against Simsboro. Thursday two girls games highlight the schedule and Saturday there are three more games, capped by Class 5A Boys champion Scotlandville attempting to defend its title against No.1 seed Ouchita. Here's the schedule for teams covered by WAFB:

(2)    St. Thomas Acquinas vs (4) John Curtis

SATURDAY 2:00

Class 2A Boys

(4)    St. Thomas Acquinas vs (3) Riverside

SATURDAY 8:00

Class 5A Boys

(2)    Scotlandville vs (1) Ouachita
