INGREDIENTS
3/4 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup frozen vegetable blend (onion, bell pepper, celery)
1 (14-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce or 1/2 of a large jar
1 cup shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1 (8-count) can reduced fat crescent rolls
Grated parmesan cheese
PROCEDURE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef with vegetables in nonstick skillet. Stir until crumbly, then drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Spread mixture into 11x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Unroll crescent dough and lay over top of pie, sealing perforations. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
