Increased seismic activity halts work at giant Louisiana sinkhole

Work on the giant Louisiana sinkhole in Bayou Corne is on hold after seismic monitoring in the area indicated an increase in underground fluid movement.  Officials say the movement is likely connected with trees falling into the sinkhole.  Watch 9News at 5 for the latest on this developing story.

A man says someone used his information to file a tax return and receive a refund.  He says the IRS agrees, but they can't give him his refund.  WAFB's Jim Shannon will have more tonight on 9News at 6.
