A stubborn upper level system will rotate around the eastern half of the US on Thursday, bringing cloudy skies and flurries to the Tri-State.
Temperatures will remain chilly, in the upper 30s, but will feel a bit colder with a breezy NW wind 10-15 mph.
Other than a few scattered rain/snow showers, cloudy skies will be the story today. Look for a few snow showers tonight, with a low around 28.
Little to no accumulation is expected with snow showers.
Friday and Saturday will remain cloudy and cold with a few snow showers. By Sunday, we'll finally see some clearing!
