Bohemia, NY (PRWEB) February 25, 2013
Fitness trainer Lorna Kleidman responds to a Boston.com article that lists eight exercise options to stay in shape during the winter season and its positive impact on a person’s well-being, saying that kettlebell exercises are also an effective fitness option people can consider.
In the Boston.com article “8 indoor alternative winter workouts,” personal trainer Ryan Healer suggests a number of options to stay fit during the cold weather, including rock climbing, swimming, and playing racquetball. Emphasizing a workout’s positive effect on the human condition, Healy wrote, “Getting your regular workouts in can deter those winter blues and help your mind and body feel much better.”
Healy insists that people shouldn’t limit their fitness routines to “group exercise classes” and “going to the gym.” Of the eight tips, Healy lists two options that people can perform at home: “stair intervals” and “home workouts.”
Fitness expert Lorna Kleidman responds to the article, saying that kettlebells are another great indoor option for the colder months. Kleidman maintains the importance of a good fitness regimen and asserts that a routine of kettlebell exercises supports an active lifestyle. Kleidman adds, “Staying in shape is a crucial part of a person’s well-being, and kettlebells provide an excellent way to condition your core muscles during the cold weather.”
