Could owners face charges if stolen guns are used in crimes?

A Shreveport lawmaker has pre-filed a bill that would make it a crime to not lock up weapons, especially if they're stolen and used in another crime.  WAFB's Greg Meriwether will have more tonight on 9News at 5.
