CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Electricity has been restored in Clarksville after more than 10,000 customers were in the dark Tuesday afternoon.
Jim Manning, spokesman for the Clarksville Department of Electricity, said power was out for just over an hour, including several businesses downtown and at Austin Peay State University.
Manning said three substations were effected, and crews are looking into the cause of the outage.
