
Source: Ohio State Highway PatrolTroopers seize a pound of Hydroponic Marijuana during a traffic stop Saturday afternoon in Hamilton County.
Troopers stopped a rented 2012 Dodge Charger on Interstate 74 westbound just after 2 p.m.
Criminal indicators were observed and a Patrol drug-sniffing canine alerted to the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed a pound of hydroponic marijuana, worth more that $4,500, on the floorboard behind the passenger seat.
The driver, Jabari N. Truitt, 38, of Indianapolis, Ind., was charged with possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony.
