SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -
Shreveport police are searching for two men after they allegedly tried to rob two other people at gunpoint Thursday morning.
Police say just after 2:30 a.m. a man and woman were sitting in a car in the 2800 block of Dupont Street when two men approached the car. Police say both men pulled out revolvers and demanded money. When the man and woman said they didn't have money, the robbers asked for drugs. Police say when the victims said they didn't have drugs either, the robbers ran away.
The first suspect is described as a black male with light skin wearing a large yellow jacket. The second suspect is described as a black male wearing a gray jacket and red pants.
