One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.More >>

COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) -
A former candidate for the Kentucky Senate is facing OVI charges.
James 'Jim' Noll, 43, was pulled over and arrested by Fort Mitchell Police around 3 a.m. on Wednesday. Authorities say they also found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his car.
He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving and operating a vehicle under the influence.
Noll, a Democrat, was a candidate for the 23rd district of the Kentucky Senate, which covers northern Kenton County. He lost in the November election to Chris McDaniel.
Noll is also a former Villa Hills councilman and currently works as an attorney in Northern Kentucky.
