Westbound Interstate 10 has reopened at the Mini Stack after a semi-truck carrying coffee creamer rolled onto its side and spilled fuel
Doug Nintzel of Arizona Department of Transportation said the transfer of moving items from one truck to another was time-consuming.
The driver appeared to have lost control, hit a guardrail and rolled the truck about 12:45 a.m. Wednesday, according to Officer Carrick Cook of the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
He said the driver suffered only minor injuries.
Adding to the headache was the spilling fuel that damaged the pavement just past the interchange with two other highways. Cook said the pavement might require extensive repair.
