SOLON, OH (FOX19) -
A voluntary recall of two codes of the Lean Cuisine Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli was announced on Monday.
Nestle Prepared Foods says the Ravioli may contain fragments of glass.
The Lean Cuisine Culinary Collection Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli being recalled have the UPC number 13800-58358 with production codes 2311587812 and 2312587812 and a best before date of December 2013.
Both products were sold nationwide. Nestle said the meals were produced in early November 2012.
There have been three reports of consumers finding glass fragments in the ravioli portion of the meal, no injuries were reported.
Nestle believes that few of the meals remain on store shelves so they are urging consumers to check their freezers for the recalled products.
